Download the JVM Plug-In for ImageSite
ImageSite requires that a Java Virtual Machine plug-in be installed on each computer that will be used to access ImageSite.

| Tip: To verify the ImageSite version you are accessing, log into ImageSite and check the Projects Home Page banner at top for the system version number.

If you installed the Sun JVM:
- Open Internet Explorer and select Tools > Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, verify that 'Use JRE <version#>' is checked.
Note: Other JVM versions may work, but have not been tested by eQuorum.
- If the Microsoft VM is also installed, you must disable it: In Internet Explorer, open the Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab and locate the Microsoft VM option. If it exists, clear the 'JIT Compiler for virtual machine enabled' option.
